The Comprehensive Service Center (CSC) for People who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Deaf-Blind is a one-stop support and referral service funded by the Hawaii State Legislature and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation through a contract with the University of Hawaii at Manoa Center on Disability Studies (CDS). They are staffed by a diverse group of people representative of the groups they serve. They provide academic classes (including American Sign Language), workshops, accessibility support, summer youth programs, and fun events that encourage the inclusion of all consumers.
